If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

7. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Ownership of the goods remains with Paper A4 until payment has been received in full.
