At A4 Paper, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns & Refund Policy below.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition.

  • Be returned in their original, unopened packaging.

  • Be complete with all original contents.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Where possible, please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Photographs of the product and packaging.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund or other suitable resolution.

Refunds

Once your returned goods have been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 working days, although the exact time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the goods are faulty.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the goods are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Opened paper reams.

  • Products that have been used or partially used.

  • Custom or special-order products.

  • Clearance or end-of-line items where stated at the time of purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the returns process outlined above.
